Welcome to North Trenton Public School!!
North Trenton Public School is located in an urban residential setting in northwest Trenton, Ontario on the west side of the Trent River serving students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6.
North Trenton PS takes great pride in being known as a safe, caring, and respectful learning environment in which each student is valued for his or her own unique interests, abilities and potential to contribute positively to the school and the community. At NTPS, we focus on the value of "Respect" and have worked collaboratively to establish school wide "Respect Agreements" which outline the respectful ways all members of the school community agree to interact, communicate, make decisions, and go about their daily activities.
At North Trenton Public School, student engagement in learning is a top priority. Students are provided with programs, activities, and opportunities to match their needs and interests and allow them to excel and achieve success as learners in the 21st century.
North Trenton PS students proceed to Trenton High School for Grades 7 to 12.
