
This week, our students are learning about how food and water fuel our bodies. Did you know that your body is made up of 60% water? Drinking enough water maintains your body’s fluid balance, keeps your body temperature where it needs to be, and helps you digest your food!
Our weekly challenge is to try drinking water throughout the day – before, during, and after school - to stay hydrated. If you’re able, please try to send a water bottle to school each day with your child so they can sip while they learn.
